This rank replaced [WDA] and it no longer exists in the group, however, the manager role for it, Head of Workforce Development, still does. Workforce Data Analyst [WDA] was a new High Rank that was created alongside the birth of the Head of Workforce Development [HWD]. The job of Workforce Data Analyst was to record the number of staff members on each rank for the HWD to keep track of the growth of SCR.
There was 2 Workforce Data Analysts hired, which was TransportForWales and JoshuaJohansson. They were transferred to Mobile Operations Supervisor when the rank was removed.
The Line Manager for this rank was the HWD, and the Line Director was the People Director.
